Our client seeking a CRM Growth Operations & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of the HubSpot system, ensuring it is leveraged to its full potential across all departments. This is not n administration role —it is a strategic enablement function, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams are equipped with the right tools, insights, and automation to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Beyond HubSpot, you will also be responsible for managing and optimising other sales, marketing, and analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Your ability to define best practices, train teams, drive adoption, and enhance automation will be key in shaping how they scales its go-to-market operations.
They are an AI-first company, so leveraging AI-driven automation, analytics, and optimisation tools across our tech stack will be crucial to maximising efficiency and insights in this role.
Your Role:
HubSpot Ownership & Optimisation:
- Act as the primary owner and super administrator of HubSpot, setting best practices for usage across the organisation.
- Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between teams.
- Regularly audit and refine processes to ensure HubSpot is being utilised in the most effective way possible to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on new HubSpot features and recommend enhancements.
Cross-Departmental Enablement & Training:
- Ensure all relevant teams are using HubSpot correctly and consistently, aligning with company best practices.
- Provide training and guidance on HubSpot functionalities, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Act as the go-to expert for HubSpot-related queries and drive adoption of new features.
Revenue Operations & Automation:
- Develop automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Build and manage real-time dashboards and reporting functions to track key performance metrics.
- Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and structured in a way that enables meaningful insights.
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis, identify trends, and provide predictive insights.
Insights & Reporting:
- Leverage HubSpot alongside various finance, sales & marketing tools & analytics platforms to create comprehensive performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership by analysing sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and customer success metrics.
- Use AI and automation to extract deeper insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
Process Improvement & Data Integrity:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales and marketing processes and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and enhance customer journey touchpoints.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including administration, reporting, and automation. Hubspot Certified a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and revenue operations principles.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics) for advanced reporting and insights.
- Ability to create and optimise workflows, dashboards, and reporting functions in HubSpot.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and commitment to leveraging AI for productivity and insights.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in sales and revenue operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and train teams effectively.
