Marketing Manager – Partner & Events

Our client is a growing Cybersecurity organisation operating globally. The Partner & Event Marketing Manager is critical in shaping our clients marketing strategies. They lead the charge in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and develop partnerships to enhance their market position and drive innovation. This role will support their relationship with Cisco and other strategic partners such as Microsoft, Entrust, Security Scorecard and others.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing:
Have a strong goal and outcome orientation to marketing efforts.
Collaborate with partners to build joint go-to-market plans. Work cross-functionally to sharpen messaging while generating marketing assets pipeline.
Create and execute integrated partner campaigns, including product launches, industry announcements, and essential content, in partnership with our national partners.
Own ROI for partner investments and partner campaigns, tracking impact of marketing spend on pipeline.
Innovatively package their product offerings and educational materials for co-marketing use.
Manage and drive all materials for partner enablement.
Own marketing communications and marketing enablement to current and future partners.

Event marketing:
Own event execution and strategy for all events.
Develop event goals and work cross-functionally to track metrics such as: promotion tactics, leads, and opportunities created.
Own agency relationships for event production and execution.
Build and track event budget and expenses. Partner with the legal and finance teams to track contracts and expenses.

Foster cross-functional communications across the Marketing organization to ensure alignment, while identifying new opportunities for the experiential marketing team
Plan events from start to finish, including leading cross-functional kickoffs, establishing meeting cadences, liaising with external partners and lead on-site logistics and schedule post-event retros.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology companies.
Proven track record of successfully launching partner campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to execute results-driven marketing programs.
Experience in planning and executing partner webinars, tradeshows, and field marketing events.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
Proficiency in translating marketing efforts into measurable business impact and outcomes.
Self-motivated and adept at working independently, with the ability to communicate effectively with remote management.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, and 6sense.
Exceptional strategic thinking skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
