About the role 

As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising and driving the overall revenue generation process within our organization. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to streamline revenue-related operations, enhance sales effectiveness, and maximise revenue growth. This is a role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and operational expertise. 

Responsibilities 

  • Managing customer orders and ensuring that they are processed efficiently and accurately. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and provide value-added forward-looking insights (month, quarter, year). 
  • Understand and be able to articulate the customer journey from lead to Won Opportunity. Instill good pipeline hygiene and feedback on operational changes where needed. • Embed yourself in the Revenue Function and build relationships with the wider network (Customer Success, Marketing, Finance).
  • Champion and support the rollout of sales enablement tools and empower leaders to self-serve. 
  • Works with leaders to create Salesforce reports, dynamic dashboards, and metrics for the management team to increase visibility and accountability into sales performance and operations. 
  • Constantly looking for improvements to existing revenue processes. 

Requirements 

  • Some experience working within an operations [sales, marketing, customer success] environment. 
  • Experience in supporting sales and working with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive improvements. 
  • Good written and verbal communication capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CPQ). 
  • Experience with sales data management solutions and data integration with Salesforce.com would be beneficial. 
  • Knowledge of B2B SAAS based software industry. 

Location 

If you’re not based in London no problem – we are open to discussing fully-remote working arrangements in other locations that have a similar time zone.
